Kechi, who survived a plane crash as a child, is back with an uplifting performance of the song “Conqueror” for her final performance on the America’s Got Talent stage.

The 27-year-old singer sounded amazing while performing the Estelle song during the live taping at the Dolby Theatre on Tuesday (September 19) in Hollywood.

“Kechi, I just love you. Everything about you. That wasn’t a song. That was an anthem,” Simon Cowell said while judging the performance. “You’ve become an artist, not a contestant… And the night you needed to it, you just did it.”

Diamond Platinumz Reportedly Welcomes A Child With Tanzanian Model

East African singer, who is in a relationship with Zari, mother of his two children, recently welcomed a child, a boy with another woman, Hamisa Mobetho.

According to the details and photos released by a Tanzanian blog, The celeb chronicles. Diamond Platnumz began cheating on Zari over a year ago with Hamisa and ended up getting her pregnant. She recently gave birth to a baby boy and named him, Naseeb Abdul Juma which is Diamond’s real name.

She went further to confirm the story after she opened an Instagram account for her son and listed Diamond Platnumz as the father.

Hamisa over the months has shared photos of herself at Diamond and Zari’s home which were allegedly taken when Zari travelled out of the country.

Their son recently celebrated his 40 days and Hamisa shared the photos on her Instagram page.

Alter Ego, screened alongside 11 other films in the just concluded Nollywood Travel Film Festival held in Toronto. It was produced by Esther Eiyibo and directed by Moses Inwang and is the first movie Omotola appeared in after a three-year break from the industry.

Other actors in the movie include Wale Ojo, Jide Kosoko, Kunle Remi, Bobby Obodo, Sexy Steel and Gregory Ojefua.

The actress recently featured in Kunle Afoloyan’s ‘The Tribunal’ and is set to feature in a new movie, ‘Shadow Parties’

Lead actor in the popular comic television drama, Papa Ajasco, Abiodun Ayoyinka, has revealed that his bald hair is fake, that he just shaves it off when going on set.

In an interview with GoldMyneTV, he said;

“The bald head is not original, it’s fake. Anytime I’m going for my recording, I shave it off, for the past 19-years now. At all, it will not grow. Because I’m so handsome with it.”

Why Wayne Rooney Was Banned From Driving For Two Years

Former England and Manchester United Captain Wayne Rooney was given a two-year driving ban and ordered to perform 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12-month community order after pleading guilty to drink-driving on Monday.

The 31-year-old was arrested when police stopped a car in Wilmslow, Cheshire, in the early hours on 1 September.

Rooney was also ordered to pay £170 when he appeared at Stockport Magistrates’ Court.

Following today’s court hearing I want publicly to apologise for my unforgivable lack of judgment in driving while over the legal limit,” Rooney said in a statement. “It was completely wrong”.

I have already said sorry to my family, my manager and chairman and everyone at Everton FC.

Now I want to apologise to all the fans and everyone else who has followed and supported me throughout my career.

Of course I accept the sentence of the court and hope that I can make some amends through my community service.”

According to BBC Sport, Rooney was almost three times the legal limit when he was stopped by police at 02:00 BST. A breathalyser test showed his alcohol level was 104 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath while the drink-drive limit in England and Wales is 35 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.

His court appearance came one day after a 4-0 loss at Manchester United, his first game against his former club following his summer return to Everton.

President Buhari reportedly signs Proclamation Proscribing IPOB

President Muhammadu Buhari, before leaving the country for the UN General Assembly, had reportedly signed a proclamation proscribing secessionist group Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

This was made known by sources at the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation, ThisDay reports.

The signing of the proclamation was reportedly done to take the heat off the Nigerian Army for unconstitutionally declaring the group as a terrorist organization.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki, had amongst others said the army’s declaration was unconstitutional as it did not follow due process.

The source at the AGF’s office said the signing of the proclamation by the president will initiate the formal process of proscribing IPOB in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-terrorism Act.

The source added that Buhari was insistent on signing the declaration before leaving the country, so that he would have the right response to brief other world leaders in the case where he is questioned.

The issue was extensively debated between Buhari, the AGF and other aides before he left for the UN General Assembly and the president decided to sign the declaration before leaving for New York, so he could say that due process was being followed if the question was raised by other world leaders at the UN.
