Miss Nigeria, Chioma Obiadi May Not Respect Her Husband If He Lacks This Quality

When it comes to choosing who to date or marry, everyone has qualities which they feel the man or woman they want to spend the rest of their lives must have.

For Chioma Obiadi current Miss Nigeria, there are certain qualities she wants her mr right to have. One of them includes being smart.

Speaking in a recent interview, Chioma said if her husband is not smart, she doesn’t think she may be able to respect him.

Asked about falling in love, marriage and the man she may end up with

“I think love is giving, love is sacrifice and it is a decision. You cannot decide to fall in love, but you can decide to stay in love. My husband must be Godfearing and smart because if he is not smart, I may not be able to respect him.

Of course, the man must completely adore me too. I want to have two children, a girl and a boy.”

Asked if gender may affect her aspirations, she said: 

“I want to be seen as a woman who believes nothing is too big to be achieved. Just as you can create hell in your mind, you can also create heaven in your mind. It is your choice.”

Asked how the crown affected her social life, she said: 

“I have learnt that life is not a bed of roses. You have to work for anything you want in life. Also, since I have a lot of people looking up to me as a beauty queen, my actions are no longer mine alone. Before I take any step, I need to consider and think of the impact it would create on people that look up to me as their role model. You need to be very careful as well with whatever you do so that it is not used against you or misinterpreted.”

She also talked about how her parents reacted to her winning the pageant

According to her; parents are supportive, but my father was skeptical about me going into pageantry from the outset. He told me I had to get into the university before contesting in pageants. After getting into school and doing well, I spoke about it with my mum who later convinced him.”

Burna Boy Reportedly Has A Hand In Mr. 2Kay’s Gun Point Rubbery At Eko Hotels

Popular singer, Burnaboy has been invited by the men of the Nigerian Police Force for questioning over his alleged involvement in singer Mr 2Kay’s robbery at Eko Hotel on Sunday, October 22.

Mr 2Kay, real name Abinye David Jumbo, was robbed at gun point inside one of the rooms at Eko Hotel around 11pm after his performance at the “Buckwyld N Breathless” concert at the hotel.

Some of the culprits were arrested and one of them implicated Burnaboy.

According an exclusive report by LIB, a guy named Joel, said to be Burnaboy’s road manager, was the last person to leave Mr 2Kay’s hotel room before 4 men stormed his room after Mr. 2Kay mistook one of them for room service. They robbed him at gun point and beat him before they left.

We don’t know the level of Burnaboy’s involvement in the attack but we know he was invited by the police because the men arrested for the robbery implicated him.

Following the robbery incident, Mr 2kay filed a 500million naira lawsuit against Eko Hotel and sources says his long-standing beef and a recent one with fellow Port Harcourt bred act, Burna Boy may have led to the incident.

It can be recalled that a few weeks before the attack, Mr 2Kay slammed Burnaboy on Twitter after Burnaboy said he will beat up fake and fraudulent pastors. We hear that Mr 2Kay calling out Burnaboy didn’t go down well with him and he (Burnaboy) sent a message to Mr2Kay threatening him.

Having just graduated as an Optometrist, whats your plan about marriage when? And what are the qualities of the girl you will like to marry.

Hmmmm(smiles) marriage is not on my mind for now, not even in the next 5 years, will do so when the time is right.
The qualities I would look out for are

1)the lady must be very homely (very good cook no wash wash o! ) (laughs 😁 )
2) must be smart and intelligent.
3)must be God fearing.
4)beauty counts as well. Most men see virginity as a criteria for marrying or dating a lady as for me it’s not, in fact I can’t marry a virgin, who will marry the ones we dated and had sex with if everyone wants a virgin.

Yes I won’t, and I don’t expect any guy to make virginity a priority or criteria for getting a good date or wife.

Why do you think you can’t date or marry a virgin?

Majority of them want to explore when they eventually start having sex, and end up not being faithful, most of them lack manners and are rude feeling their excesses should be tolerated thinking they have diamond down there , moreover if we make dating/marrying a virgin our priority who will marry or date our first and second love whom we had good times with, not being a virgin doesn’t mean a lady can’t make and keep a good home.

Veteran Comedian, Baba Sala Cries For Help As He Battles Stroke

Veteran comedian, Moses Olaiya, popularly known as Baba Sala, has called on Nigerians to come to his aid in form of financial support in order to be able to attend to his health challenges.

According to PUNCH, the comedian, who sank into the background after enjoying patronage and limelight for decades, is said to be suffering from a stroke.

At a briefing held on his biography due for presentation on December 4, Baba Sala, who spoke with difficulty, noted, “I need help. Nigerians should help me. I am not dead yet, they should not let me die suffering.”

The one-time pride of the country’s entertainment industry looked frail and breathed with difficult at the event.

Although he is 80, his family, including one of his wives, Funmi, said the octogenarian was not suffering from old age but lack of funds for medical treatment.

Baba Sala’s investments, according to his first son, Reverend Dele Adejumo, had all been wrecked by circumstances and poor management.

Among his investments listed by Adejumo are the Awada Spot in Ibadan; Alawada Standard Hotel, Ilesha; Alawada Records, Ibadan; and Ibukun Alawada Photo magazine.

Adejumo said, “He has investments but they have all been wrecked by mismanagement. He also had a three-storey building in Mushin, Lagos which he had to sell to offset debt incurred when his work, Orun Mooru, was pirated. We still have some of his recorded works not in public yet but machines that will be used to transform them to an acceptable format are not easily available. We do not have the kind of money they are charging us.

“We have been told that baba needs a lot of money for medical treatment abroad. He is suffering from a stroke and other ailments. There are many people of his age who are not like this. We are trying our best as family members. We take him to the teaching hospital weekly but he needs proper medical attention.”

The book, ‘The Triumph of Destiny,’,which was co-authored by Babatunde Akinola, Collins Oyedokun, and Kunle Ajani, will be presented in Lagos.

“The book chronicles the pride of place that Baba Sala acquired for himself in the Nigerian theatre industry as the first comedian and consummate entertainer. It captures the antecedents and essence of the creative energies of a comical trailblazer,” Collins said.
