Eight months after his court wedding to his Nabila Fash, Ajegunle-born music Taliban, Oritsefemi tied the knot in a society wedding which held yesterday in Lagos.

The wedding ceremony took place at The Ark, Okunde Blue Water Drive, Lekki, Lagos. The dress code of the day was gold and purple. The couple had a private civil wedding in April, this year, and the groom has been passionate about his love for Nabila, who is a PR expert working with Multichoice.

According to the pop singer, Nabila accepted him despite having three older children from previous relationships. Oritsefemi was quoted as saying earlier this year that he had a prior plan to have a destination wedding like 2Baba and Tiwa Savage, but he decided against it because he wanted people around him to be a part of it.

Anybody who follows Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim, on social media would know that she appears to be head-over-heels in love with Nigerian rapper, Iceberg Slim. Her Instagram page is full of pictures of both of them in several romantic gestures.

And they go almost everywhere together. During interviews, she has also gushed about Slim, making it clear that she had found love. Iceberg Slim also does the same. According to him, he was blown away by Ibrahim’s intelligence.

Days ago, it was reported online that the duo had secretly gotten married, and that a wedding ring was spotted on Ibrahim. Congratulatory messages poured in for the couple but they later went online to debunk the story.

In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Ibrahim maintained that she hadn’t gotten married to Iceberg.

She said,

“I did not get married and like I explained, that picture was taken on the set of a project we’re working on. I don’t know who leaked it. If we want to do something like that; trust me, we wouldn’t hide it.”

On whether they do have plans to get married anytime soon, Juliet said,

“I really don’t want to say anything further about this. If I want to take any major decision, I will surely let my loved ones know about it.”

Uti Nwachukwu In A War Of Words With Comedian AY Over Post On Women And Makeup

Uti Nwachukwu took to Comedian AY Makun’s comment section to argue about women who apply cosmetics but are not intelligent.

AY shared the photo below on his IG page with the caption:

“I am feared while on set”- Antar Laniyan Reveals In New Interview

Veteran actor, Antar Laniyan has revealed in an interview his level of discipline on a movie set and how he relates with actresses.

In an interview with Punch, Antar who is a known face in the Nigerian movie industry spoke about his dedication to work and how he doesn’t allow distraction especially from women while work.

“If you are disciplined and you don’t put romance with women first as an actor, you would go far. If you believe that as an actor, you don’t need women all around you, then you would remain relevant because you would concentrate on your craft.

I directed ‘SuperStory’ for about 10 years but no woman entered my room in the camp. You can ask Wale Adenuga himself. There were amorous advances from women but I shunned them. I am feared while on set.

As a lady, you cannot see me and have the courage to approach me with your amorous advances. People would even tell you not to try it with me; they would advise the ladies not to wink at me because I would just slap them.

It is not that I am wicked but I want my cast and crew members to do what is expected of them. You don’t have to give me anything to gain what you do not deserve. Use your talent and let me acknowledge that you are good at your work.

You don’t have to bribe me with your body. When I am working, I let discipline guide me. I don’t care if you are befriending the producer; but as a director, I want a disciplined actor in front of me.

I do not go to the location to wine and dine; instead I go to work. When it comes to working, I am like a man that goes to the war front with the mindset of winning the war. If I don’t face my work squarely, it is the same people that are commending me that would condemn me and I don’t want that.

I want to be an evergreen actor. Look at the likes of Oga Bello and Prince Jide Kosoko, they started in 1964 and they are still relevant today. At the time they started, I was just a year old.”

Barely two weeks, rumours surfaced that Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele has given birth to a set of twins in London. The TV strar has now dispelled the claims saying they were not true.

The news that Funke allegedly gave birth to twins started after the heavily preganant thespian left the shores of Nigeria for the United Kingdom. On the 22nd of November, online media reported that she had given birth.

As expected her widespread fans took to hers and her husband’s Instagram page to leave congratulatory messages but now Funke speaking through her publicist, Mr Biodun Kupoluyi says.

“Don’t mind those people. They’re only imagining. You can not hide a pregnancy for long. And when you deliver, people must surely know. So, delivering a set of twins in London is not something one can hide at all.”

Burna Boy Drops New Single ‘Streets Of Africa’ Amid Attack Allegations

Singer, Burna Boy’s team have finally revealed that contrary to popular believe , the artiste has been working on a new song and not on the run.

The singer had earlier in the week been invited by the police over the robbery of singer Mr 2Kay at the “Buckwyld N Breathless” concert. Mr 2 Kay had ben robbed at gunpoint in his hotel room at Eko Hotel & Suites after his perfomance at the event.

Following the event, Burna Boy was pointed as the mastermind of the attack leading to him being declared wanted Nigerian Police force .

Since he had not turned himself in to the police, many have speculated that he was on the run while his road manager and three other suspects were paraded.

An anonymous source who spoke to Punch Newspaper said,

“Burna Boy is neither on the run nor avoiding the police; he is not guilty. I cannot tell you his exact whereabouts but he is in the country recording.

Also, you should know that as the festive season approaches, demand for his services would be on the increase, so he is preparing for appearances as well.

Initially, when he was invited, he could not go to the station because of his engagements, so his father went to the police station in his stead. But now that the police have insisted that they want to see him personally, he would surely honour their invitation.

He is not guilty of the charges leveled against him.”

Meanwhile, the singer has released a song titled ‘Streets of Africa’ under Atlantic Record label. A link to the song was shared on his Instagram page on November 24th with cover art showing two men on a bike, one of them apparently holding a gun.

Lynxxx, is a Nigerian hip-hop recording artist and entrepreneur. In 2010 he released his debut studio album, ‘This is Lynxxx’ and went on to become the first Nigerian artist to be endorsed by the global brand Pepsi. He is the originator of Jollof Musik – a genre he describes as “an artful blend of music to create great music”.

Early Life

Lynxxx, whose real name is Chukie Edozien was born November 24, 1983. He is the only son of Chief John D. Edozien, a former deputy governor of old Bendel State in Nigeria.
