Nigerians React To Simi’s BB Naija 2018 Live Show Performance For The Wrong Reasons

Last night, March 18th singer Simi performed at the BB Naija 2018 Sunday Live show and that made her trending and it wasn’t because of her voice or performance as usual.

The singer got people talking about her outfit for one of her performances where she wore a cropped top and net that made her belly fat obvious.

Though people body shamed her the singer did not seem to care about they said as long as she had confidence in herself.

This got people to talk who were either praising her for her confidence or body shaming her or body shaming those who body shamed her.

BB Naija 2018 housemate Alex is getting a backing from her mother who is begging Nigerians to forgive Alex for being too emotional like she has forgiven her daughter.

If you would remember how Alex burst into uncontrollable tears after her romantic partner Leo was evicted on Sunday that also led to her being depressed and losing focus in the house activities.

This behavior of hers led to a public backlash from viewers. Following people’s reaction, Alex’s mum released a video where she asked for Nigerians to forgive her and continue supporting her as she is a very emotional person.

Rihanna Shares Insightful Thought On Offensive Snapchat Advert

Social media network, Snapchat has been forced to apologize for causing an outrage after they ran an offensive advert in question that asked its users if they would rather “slap Rihanna” or “punch Chris Brown”.

The advert was a reference to Chris’ 2009 conviction for physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Rihanna which was “reviewed and approved in error”.

Rihanna had also taken to Instagram to share her thoughts about the offensive advert, saying it was offensive to not only her but also every woman who has suffered domestic violence.

In a statement to Mashable, a Snapchat spokesperson said: “The ad was reviewed and approved in error, as it violates our advertising guidelines. We immediately removed the ad last weekend, once we became aware. We are sorry that this happened.”

Rihanna had also taken to Instagram to share her thoughts about the offensive advert, saying it was offensive to not only her but also every woman who has suffered domestic violence.

CDQ Makes Peace With Ex BB Naija Housemate Ifu Ennada With This Message

It seems the feud and clap back replies between BB Naija 2018 ex-housemate Ifu Ennada and rapper CDQ is coming to an end as the rapper sent a public apology to Ifu Ennada and all the women who he had offended with his remark.

CDQ took to his Instagram page to give this public statement.

He wrote,

“To all the beautiful ladies out there I understand how hurtful my clap-back to Ifu Enanda of Big brother Naija was.
I was just shocked by the fabricated stories she was telling the world while she was on the Big Brother Show.
Mam, God knows we only met once. You did not even know my house neither do I know yours or any of ur family.
So I don’t understand where your drama is coming from.
You don’t take advantage of an artiste with any opportunity u have by fabricating lies because you want to get the world’s attention or pity… We human too and we got feelings.
