Anna Banner is a Nigerian pageant winner who was crowned the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria by 2012 MBGN Queen Isabella Ayuk in 2013 and represented Nigeria at the 2013 Miss World pageant.

Ex-MBGN, Anna Banner and Flavour’s daughter, Sophia Chimamanda is two years old today, and her mum shared these beautiful new photos to celebrate her.

A lady with a strange eye balls colour was pictured on Mile 12 market and the young girl, who sells pumpkin leaf (Ugu) with her mum at Mile 12 market, is identified as Peace by name.

The argument has been if it’s medical condition as multicolored eyes is not natural to black Africans, after a photographer who took photos of Peace who sells at Mile 12 market and shared it on social media.

The photos has since gone viral and has generated mixed reactions from people on various social media platforms.

Gulder Ultimate Search Winner, Canon Otto kidnapped in Port Harcourt

Canon Otto, the winner of the 2014 edition of the Gulder Ultimate Search reality tv show has been kidnapped by gunmen.

According to Daily Post, he was abducted in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

Canon Otto’s close friend Raphael Koko revealed the sad news to the press.

Here’s what he told the press :

Otto has been kidnapped.

He was in Lagos for an event last week and now I’m getting calls from mutual friends that he was kidnapped in Port Harcourt over the weekend.

We still don’t have all the details yet. It’s just very surprising and shocking.

Here’s What Happened To Christabel Ekeh After Her Nudes Went Viral

Ghbase.com is reporting that Ghanaian-Nigerian actress Christabel Ekeh is presently in Police custody over the nude photos of herself she released on social media.

According to the platform, the actress is being interrogated by the Ghana Police in a bid to tighten up indecent exposure laws in the country.

Recall that earlier this month, the actress sent the internet into a frenzy when she released her naked pictures on her Instagram page which later was blocked.

Although many thought her account was hacked, however, the actress in an interview said she released the photos herself in order to welcome everybody to the new ‘Christabel’.

Laura Monyeazo Abebe , popularly known as Moet Abebe  born was born 29 July 1989 in the United Kingdom, She went to Corona Ikoyi Primary School for her Primary School education, Dowen College for a year where she did her part of secondary education. From there she went to Woldingham Secondary School in Woldingham, Surrey, United Kingdom, Then after this, she went to St. Teresa’s Secondary School also in Surrey where she then did her GCSE’s and her A-Levels. Her journey into limelight came after she decided to move back to Nigeria in pursuit of a career as a Tv Presenter. Comedienne and actress, Helen Paul visited Thailand some months back. She shares fond memories of her trip to the Asian country with Punch.

When did you visit Thailand and why were you in the country?

I visited Thailand last year and I was in the country for a private event that I had been invited to, so I won’t really be able to disclose the details. Nonetheless, I had fun during my trip.

How long did you stay there?

I was there for three days and I made the most of my brief stay, even though I was basically preoccupied with work.

What were some of the things that struck you on arrival in Thailand?

One of the things that I found very fascinating was the airport; it’s very big and clean compared to what you would see in other places. The fact that Thais were also speaking their native language, which is also known as Thai was quite commendable too and it drove home the point that they are very in tune with their culture.

What were some of the things that struck you on arrival in Thailand?

One of the things that I found very fascinating was the airport; it’s very big and clean compared to what you would see in other places. For the most part, I had to make do with Thai food during my stay-they had rice but it wasn’t anything compared to what we have back home in Nigeria. Similarly, their spaghetti was also slightly different from ours. I also ate a bit of chips and fish and drank tea too but sadly, there was no regular beverage and I really missed that.

When you introduced yourself as a Nigerian, what was the reaction of the people, did they take a second glance at you?

Not at all; from my own perspective, they saw me as friendly and quite playful because I went there to represent the country so I had to put my best foot forward at all times. They liked me anyway and that was really heart-warming.

In terms of comparison, how would you compare Thailand to Nigeria?

The fact that they appreciated their culture more clearly stood out for me. In Nigeria for instance, we are very welcoming as a people and sometimes, we want to speak like visitors almost immediately they come in contact with us in a bid to make them feel at home in our country. On the contrary, the people in Thailand are not like that; they are so in sync with their language and they kept more to themselves from my observations while Nigerians are more welcoming and receptive.

Do you recall how you spent your typical day, did you find time to visit some tourist locations?

 I didn’t have time to do that because I went there strictly for work-related purposes so I couldn’t really unwind much but I would like to visit the country again at some point and this time around, I would definitely go there with my own food, if they will allow it at the airport.

You mentioned earlier that when next you visit Thailand, you would go there with your own food…

Yes, I’d like to go there on my next visit with my own food because I missed my garri and amala during my last trip.  I spent only three days so there was really no time to explore that much in the food department.
